As mentioned in a previous post, Elegant Shower Favors particpates in wedding expo’s and bridal shows. We enjoy talking with future brides and grooms and assisting them with picking the perfect favors and gifts for their weddings. At a recent expo we had some interesting questions from brides and grooms that we would like to share with you.

1. One future bride asked ”Is it was customary to have a favor for every person who attends the wedding or can you give one favor per couple ?”
Our answer : “It’s fine to give one favor per couple especially in these tougher economic times. We offer glass photo frame coaster favors, bottle stoppers, bottle openers, letter openers that come in sets and make elegant and useful gifts for each couple.”

2. A future groom asked ” What type of personalization can I get on gifts for my groomsmen ?
Our answer : “We offer engraved and monogramed gifts where you can choose the style of script that you want to use and can add the groomsmens initials or first or last name to the gift.” ” We have beer mugs that can be engraved, lunch coolers can be monogramed, golf gift sets can be engraved, business gift sets that can be engraved”. “We work with a variety of wholesalers and some charge miniumal fee’s for engraving while others offer free engraving and monograms.” “Our product descriptions on our website will inform you if there is a fee for personalization.”

3. Another bride asked “My fiance and I to are on a very limited budget and we want to give wedding favors to our guests, what types of favors can I give my guests while sticking to my budget ?”
Our suggestion: “You could save lots of money by purchasing favors, such as coaster favors, bottle stopper favors etc that come in sets. We offer volume discounts on sets of favors and gifts. ” “You could also order less favors by purchasing sets of favors and seperating favors from their sets, for example we have some sets of coaster favors where you get 4 coasters in one set, you could seperate the set and have four seperate favors out of one set.” “You could then use a decorative ribbon to wrap around each coaster favor.”

4. Another question “Since your business is in Illinois and we live in Illinois can we save on shipping costs ?”
Our Answer: ” We offer free shipping on all orders of favors and gifts over $100, and also hold raffles at bridal shows for discounts and on your orders”. ” You can also sign up for our Elegant News monthly newsletter which offers coupons and discounts on all purchases.”

5. A mother of a future bride asked : ” Can favors be personalized with the names and date of my daughter and future son in law ?”
Our Answer : ” Yes, you can personalize any favor or gift with personalized favor tags. You can coordinate the tag color and design with the wedding colors or theme.” “We have lots of options.”
